Sunday 24th October 2021 was the second day of the Didcot Railway Centre's 'Diamond Jubilee Gala'.

The railway centre's GWR Saint Class No.2999 'Lady of Legend' was in service throughout the event alongside their GWR Large Prairie No.4144 and No.1340 'Trojan'. Terrier No.2678 'Knowle' was visiting from the Kent & East Sussex Railway.

GWR Castle Class No.4079 'Pendennis Castle' was on public display during the event alongside a Large Prairie and two Hall's.

On Saturday 16th September, LMS Black Five No.45212, LMS Ivatt No.41241 and BR Class 37 075 were all in service on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.

The photographs focus on LMS Black Five No.45212, as a few days later it departed for Scotland to be apart of the pool of Steam locomotives which operate 'The Jacobite'.
